We knew we wanted a kitchen here, but we didn't know when we would be able to do it. We're so happy we were able to do it in year one.

The ceiling and the floor are the real wow factors here. Along with the giant new windows.

Hiding under those moldy ceiling tiles were these beautiful beams.

The French doors that wouldn't stay closed are gone and replaced by beautiful wooden windows.

I couldn't replicate this shot because the doorway between West and Equinox has been closed off. But you'll notice there's a dormer now, so the wall has a 90 degree angle to the ceiling.
