PemaquidBeach.com was started by us (Jeremy and Laura) as a way to chronicle our renovation of the Ed Lewis Guesthouse in Pemaquid Beach, Maine. We purchased the farmhouse in February of 2008 and spent six full months renovating it.
It had been converted into 3 condo units before we purchased it, and we rented out all 3 units during the summer of 2008. We then sold one of the units, our business partner kept one, and we kept one of the units, which we now call “Lupine”.
